Community buying
Neighbors, restaurant streets, business parks and towns can buy together. We collect the interest in your area and send one quote for the whole group.
How it works
- Start or joinAn organizer starts a group for an area or a community. Others join with the form below. Nothing is paid on this page.
- We collect interestWe keep the group's list and tell the organizer how it is growing. We also contact every member to understand what they need.
- One quote for the groupWhen the group is big enough, every member receives a quote that reflects the combined volume. Each member decides on their own.
- One shipment, one installation tripWe ship the group's machines together and install them in one trip. Anyone who needs a machine sooner can order on their own without waiting.
Why buy together
- Better termsOne shipment and one installation trip cost less than many separate ones, and the quote reflects that.
- Shared know-howMembers share experience on what goes in, how to use the compost and how to tell the story to customers.
- A visible resultA street or a town that composts its food waste on site has something to show.
Who starts groups
- Restaurant and cafe streets
- Business parks and office campuses
- Neighborhood associations and HOAs
- Farmers markets and food halls
- Towns, districts and municipalities
- School districts and campus groups
Good to know
- No payment on the website. Nothing is ordered until a member accepts a quote.
- Each member gets their own quote and their own machine. There is no shared ownership unless the group wants it.
- The organizer is a volunteer contact point, not a reseller. If you want to earn on introductions, see the partner program.
- We use the information only to prepare the group quote and contact the members.
