If you see something at OCTOEN that is not right, tell us. You can report with your name or anonymously.
What you can report
- Bribery and corruptionOffering, asking for or accepting a payment or gift to get an unfair advantage.
- FraudFalse records, invoices or claims, theft or misuse of company assets.
- Conflicts of interestA personal interest that affects a business decision.
- Discrimination and harassmentUnfair treatment, bullying or harassment of any kind.
- Health and safetyUnsafe work practices, machines or sites, and accidents that were not reported.
- EnvironmentPollution, improper waste handling or breaches of environmental permits.
- Data protectionPersonal data that is used, shared or stored improperly.
- Something elseAny other conduct that breaks the law or our policies.
Who can report
Anyone. Employees, dealers and distributors, suppliers, customers and people outside OCTOEN can all use this hotline.
Your protection
- OCTOEN does not tolerate retaliation against anyone who reports in good faith.
- You can stay anonymous. If you do, we do not ask for your name or email address.
- Only the people who handle the report can read it.
- The website does not store reports or send your IP address with them.
What happens next
- You get a referenceAfter you send the report, the page shows a case reference. Keep it for your records.
- We review itThe people responsible for compliance read the report and decide how to look into it.
- We follow upIf you left your contact details, we may ask you for more information and tell you when the case is closed.
