Open invoices and payments

Online payment
"Pay online" opens the invoice in the OCTOEN customer portal, where you pay by card. Card payments are processed by Chase Payment Solutions. Invoices of OCTOEN Endüstri A.Ş. (Türkiye) are paid by bank transfer.
Bank transfer
Transfer the open amount and write the invoice number as the payment reference.
Bank details are not entered in the portal yet. Ask your OCTOEN contact.
Amounts and due dates come from your invoices; the invoice document is binding. Payments appear here after OCTOEN records them.
